Motihari, Aug. 30 -- Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary will inaugurate the 'Bapudham Mahotsav-2026' in East Champaran on September 1 and unveil development projects worth around Rs 300 crore in the district.
East Champaran District Magistrate Saurabh Suman Yadav told newspersons here on Sunday that the historic Gandhi Maidan in Motihari, associated with Mahatma Gandhi's Champaran movement, will witness a confluence of development, agriculture and culture during the three-day festival.
