Patna, April 26 -- Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary said on Sunday that his government is aiming to achieve Rs 5 lakh crore of investment in the state by November. A large number of factories should be established here. People may go outside Bihar for better job opportunities, but no one should be forced to leave the state for employment out of compulsion.
