Patna, May 20 -- Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary today expressed deep sorrow over the demise of Kargil War veteran and former Naik of the Indian Army, Parmanand Singh.
In his condolence message, the Chief Minister said that the brave soldier hailed from Gandhinagar Pasraha village in Khagaria district. He passed away at the Command Hospital in Lucknow after a prolonged illness.
