Patna, Aug. 21 -- Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary on Friday discussed the Indo- Nepal water issues including construction of dams and other projects, with the External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar in New Delhi, amid the recurring threat of floods in north Bihar triggered by heavy rainfall and rising river flows in Nepal.

Choudhary called on Jaishankar and discussed a range of issues concerning Nepal, with water management figuring prominently in the deliberations.

Besides Indo- Nepal water issues, the construction of dams and other projects were also discussed extensively during the meeting.
