Patna, June 4 -- Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary today asserted that no negligence would be tolerated in the construction and maintenance of roads and bridges, stressing the need to ensure the highest standards of quality in infrastructure projects across the state.
Chairing a high-level review meeting of the Road Construction Department, the Chief Minister reviewed the progress of various departmental schemes and ongoing projects.
During the meeting, Choudhary directed officials to maintain strict quality standards in the construction and upkeep of roads and bridges. He said providing safe, smooth and high-quality road connectivity to the public remains one of the state government's top priorities.
