Patna, June 23 -- Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary today directed officials to prepare a comprehensive action plan to promote excellence, innovation and employment-oriented education in the state's technical institutions.
Chairing a high-level review meeting of the Science, Technology and Technical Education Department, the Chief Minister instructed officials to establish Centres of Excellence in all government polytechnic institutes in a phased manner to equip students with training aligned with modern technologies and industry requirements.
Choudhary said science centres and science parks operating across various districts should be linked with technical institutions to encourage students towards science and innovation.
