Patna, Nov. 25 -- The Bihar government on Tuesday approved several proposals to promote tech hub, global back-end hub , global workplace, artificial intelligence, satellite and greenfield townships, new-age economy and urban development in the state.
The cabinet approved the plans in a meeting held under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.
The cabinet approved formation of a high-level committee to prepare a work plan and continuously monitor implementation for developing Bihar as a new tech hub of eastern India through the establishment of a defence corridor, semiconductor manufacturing park, global capability centres, mega tech city and fintech city.
