Patna, July 28 -- The Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate of Patna civil court today reserved the order on the bail application of the incarcerated Jan Shakti Janta Dal president Tej Pratap Yadav in connection with the case related to using force against government employees, obstructing their official work and attempted murder.

After hearing arguments of both sides on the bail plea, Judge Aarti Upadhyay reserved the verdict.

Tej Pratap Yadav's lawyer argued that his client was innocent and requested that he be released on a regular bail. The government lawyer opposed the bail plea.
