Patna, Aug. 23 -- Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary today announced that the state government would organise an official ceremony every year to mark the birth anniversary of Pandit Rajkumar Shukla, one of the key figures behind the Champaran Satyagraha.
Addressing a function organised by the Pandit Rajkumar Shukla Memorial Institute on the occasion of Shukla''s 151st birth anniversary, Choudhary said the state ceremony would help make the younger generation aware of Shukla''s contribution and the historical significance of the Champaran Satyagraha.
