Thimphu, March 5 -- The 1,200-megawatt (MW) Punatsangchhu-I Hydroelectric Project (PHPA-I), being implemented under a bilateral agreement between the governments of India and Bhutan, will resume main dam construction by the end of March, an official said here.

Preparatory works are currently in full swing, according to project officials.
