Bengaluru, May 10 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday described Bengaluru as a city that has emerged not only as India's global technology hub but also as a rising centre of spirituality and cultural consciousness, as he inaugurated the newly-built 'Dhyan Mandir' during the 45th anniversary celebrations of the Art of Living.
"The atmosphere of Bengaluru is unique. This city is known worldwide for software and services, but it has also taken India's spirituality and spiritual consciousness to new heights," Modi said, striking a contrast between the city's technological dominance and its growing spiritual identity.
