Kolkata, April 29 -- As phase-2 of the West Bengal assembly elections unfolded on Wednesday, the state's film fraternity turned up in full strength to exercise their democratic right, urging the people to cast their vote.

Among the prominent names at the polling booths were actor-filmmaker couple Subhashree Ganguly and Raj Chakraborty (TMC candidate from Barrackpur assembly constituency), who arrived in relaxed casual wear at the Kasba polling booth for the occasion. Ganguly opted for a black T-shirt and jeans, while Chakraborty kept it classic in a white shirt and denim.

The couple later shared a post-voting selfie on Instagram, proudly displaying their inked fingers and encouraging citizens to take part in the electoral process.
