Kolkata, June 14 -- Kolkata Royal Tigers registered their first win of the Women's Bengal T20 League season with a 14-run victory over Murshidabad Kueens, while Servotech Siliguri Strikers continued their impressive run with a commanding win over Shrachi Rarh Tigers on Sunday at the JU Salt Lake Stadium here.
In the first match of the day, Kolkata Royal Tigers put in an all-round performance to secure their first victory of the tournament.
After losing two wickets inside the powerplay, captain Mita Paul once again led from the front with an unbeaten 71 off 54 deliveries. Sanjana Kumari Das also played an important hand with36 as Kolkata Royal Tigers posted 135/3 in their 20 overs.
