Siliguri, July 8 -- In a bid to promote Malda's world-famous mangoes, silk, and other products, the West Bengal government has launched a signature store creating a dedicated retail platform for the district's signature commodities.
The "Aamar Malda Store" has been rolled out by the district administration under the banner of Aamar Malda to strengthen local entrepreneurship.
The store, inaugurated at Malda Samabayika on Tuesday on Netaji Subhash Road in collaboration with the Malda Wholesale Consumers' Co-operative Society Ltd, is based on the Centre's One District One Product (ODOP) initiative.
