Durgapur, Sept. 6 -- Calcutta High Court Chief Justice TS Sivagnanam today inaugurated West Bengal's first "model" court's multi-storied building, which is equipped with all basic amenities for the judiciary in West Bardhaman district.
The building of Durgapur Sub-Divisional Court is the first model court in the state.
The use of digital technology, improved security measures, and easy communication infrastructure for the convenience of the common man have given the court building a complete new look. Special emphasis has been placed on ensuring that litigants get faster services and the disposal of cases is more efficient.
