Kolkata, July 16 -- West Bengal Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari on Wednesday met Flipkart CEO Kalyan Krishnamurthy, and discussed the state's growth agenda and its immense potential to emerge as a leading hub for digital commerce, entrepreneurship and employment generation.
Adhikari described the meeting at the state secretariat Nabanna as "cordial".
"Today, Hon'ble CM of West Bengal, Shri Suvendu Adhikari, held a cordial interaction with Flipkart CEO Kalyan Krishnamurthy, Chief Corporate Affairs Officer Rajneesh Kumar, and other senior executives on issues concerning e-commerce and allied sectors at Nabanna," the Chief Minister's Office posted on its official X handle.
Krishanmuthry said he was "delighted" to meet the chief minister.
