Kolkata, Dec. 30 -- Reacting sharply to union Home Minister Amit Shah's statement that her government was encouraging the infiltrators from neighbouring Bangladesh to jeopardise security of the country, West Bengal chief minister hours after today fired a fresh salvo questioning then who did the terror attacks in Delhi and Pahalgam in Jammu and Kashmir.
