Kolkata, May 18 -- West Bengal Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari will hold the second meeting of his newly formed cabinet on Monday, where the key issues like the dearness allowance (DA) for state government employees and giving of seventh pay commission are likely to be discussed.
Government employees across the state are closely watching the meeting amid long-standing demands over pending DA dues and parity with central government employees.
The first cabinet meeting of the new BJP government was held at Nabanna last Monday.
The chief minister, after the meeting, had announced that the cabinet would meet again on Monday and had indicated that issues related to DA and the pay commission would be taken up for discussion.
