Kolkata, May 11 -- West Bengal's new BJP government, in its first Cabinet meeting on Monday, relaxed the upper age limit for job applicants by five years and decided to implement all Central schemes, including the Ayushman Bharat - Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB PM-JAY) in the state.
Briefing newspersons after the meeting at the state secretariat Nabanna, Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikair said the Cabinet also ordered land transfer to the union Home Ministry and the Border Security Force (BSF) for fencing the international border with barbed wire.
