Asansol, Nov. 4 -- The West Burdwan district administration has released updated voter data as of October 1, 2026, showing an increase of 88,698 voters over the past five and a half months.
According to the latest administrative figures, the total number of registered voters in the district stands at 19,77,649.
West Burdwan District Magistrate S Ponnambalam held an all-party meeting on the ongoing Special Summary Revision (SSR) of the photo electoral roll, which is scheduled to be published on January 16, 2027. All political parties, including both factions of the Trinamool Congress (TMC), were invited to the meeting.
