Kolkata, June 25 -- Hours after West Bengal Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari assured the grieving mother of justice, two men were arrested in connection with the alleged killing of 10-year-old Tamanna, after an Assembly by-election in West Bengal last year.

Police on Wednesday said Sabir Sheikh and Jiarul Sheikh were taken into custody on Tuesaday night, bringing the total number of arrests in the sensational case to 13.

Tamanna's mother Sabina Yasmin had sought justice for her daughter from the Chief Minister, who met her yesterday at his Assembly chamber.

Adhikari, while participating in the debate on the Governor's address in the House, disclosed that he has asked Tamanna's mother to meet him at 4 pm.
