Kolkata, June 13 -- Police on Saturday issued a fresh summons to former West Bengal Sports Minister Aroop Biswas in connection with the chaos that marred Agentine soccer icon Lionel Messi's appearance at the Salt Lake stadium last December, officials said.
Bidhannagar South Police Station of the Bidhannagar Commissionerate issued the notice - the third such summons- to the former minister, whose whereabouts are currently not known.
Biswas has been directed to appear in person at the police station within 48 hours of receiving the notice.
