London, Nov. 8 -- England manager Thomas Tuchel has recalled Jude Bellingham and Phil Foden to his squad for next week's World Cup qualifiers against Serbia and Albania, while Bournemouth midfielder Alex Scott has been handed his first senior England call-up.

Tuchel continued to exclude Brighton striker Danny Welbeck, while Jack Grealish, currently on loan at Everton from Manchester City, and right-back Trent Alexander-Arnold were both left out of the squad.

Bellingham missed England's October fixtures as he recovered from shoulder surgery. Foden, meanwhile, returns after being omitted from the last three squads, with his most recent appearance coming in March against Latvia.
