New Delhi, April 13 -- The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has served a show-cause notice to Rajasthan Royals team manager Romi Bhinder following an alleged breach of communication device regulations during their IPL match against Royal Challengers Bengaluru in Guwahati.
The notice was issued by the BCCI's Anti-Corruption and Security Unit (ACSU), which has asked Bhinder to respond within 48 hours. The matter centres on his use of a mobile phone outside the designated area permitted under league protocols.
