Hyderabad, May 13 -- A coalition of 18 Backward Classes (BC) associations on Wednesday alleged that attempts were being made to weaken the Fee Reimbursement Scheme in Telangana and warned of intensified protests, including a proposed siege of the Chief Minister's residence, if the government failed to withdraw what they termed "conspiratorial measures."In a statement, the associations criticised the introduction of G.O. No. 7 and alleged that the government was attempting to gradually dismantle the fee reimbursement system by delaying pending reimbursements and scholarship dues for several years.
