Minsk, May 18 -- BATE Borisov claimed a record-extending sixth Belarusian Cup, defeating Dinamo Minsk 8-7 in a dramatic penalty shootout after a 1-1 draw in the final at the National Football Stadium here.
Dinamo Minsk opened the scoring through Artem Sokolovsky in the 28th minute, but BATE equalized through Kirill Apanasevich after the hour mark.
