Varanasi, Feb. 28 -- CISF personnel recovered a banned satellite phone from a foreign passenger's bag in the security hold area at Varanasi's Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport here on Saturday.
The airport administration and CISF immediately informed the police.
The foreign national has been identified as Andre Cyril Neuwenswander (34), a resident of Switzerland.
According to Phulpur police, CISF recovered the banned satellite phone from the bag of Andre Cyril Neuwenswander (resident of Luschan, Switzerland) in the security hold area at around 12 noon.
