Lucknow, Dec. 1 -- The Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) has arrested a Bangladeshi woman living under a false Hindu identity in the Thakurganj area of the state capital.

The woman, whose real name is Nargis, had been living in India for several years under multiple fake identities, including the names Nirmala and Jasmine. The ATS has also detained her current husband. An FIR has been filed by Sub-Inspector Ravi Prakash on behalf of the ATS, police said on Monday.

According to investigators, Nargis entered India in 2006 with her first husband through West Bengal. After living in Kolkata for some time, her husband abandoned her, following which she moved across various locations.
