Dhaka, May 10 -- Bangladesh announced their 15-member squad for the upcoming ICC Women's T20 World Cup 2026.
This will be their seventh appearance in the competition, with the Asian side having made their debut in 2014. The side won the very first game in the previous edition of the tournament in2024, defeating Scotland by 16 runs.
Bangladesh featured in the ICC Women's T20 World Cup 2026 Global Qualifier earlier this yearto seal their spot in the tournament. They finished first in the competition after an undefeated run in the group and Super Six stage.
The team will depart for Edinburgh on May 25 for a tri-series involving Scotland and Netherlands before heading to Loughborough for their T20 World Cup warm up matches.
