Thiruvananthapuram, July 5 -- A get-together of patients who underwent scoliosis correction surgery has been organised here today.
The event, titled 'Back Together', brought together around 50 patients on a platform to share their experiences, challenges, and recovery journeys.
Scoliosis, a condition characterised by an abnormal curvature of the spine, affects approximately 1% of the global population. It can significantly impact quality of life if left undiagnosed or untreated.
