New Delhi, March 20 -- A five-minute in-flight yoga protocol aimed at reducing fatigue and health risks during air travel was launched at the Yoga Mahotsav 2026, officials said.
Introduced by Prataprao Jadhav, Minister of Ayush, the mid-air yoga tool at an elevation of 35000 feet, seeks to help passengers counter the physical strain of long flights, including stiffness, poor circulation and mental fatigue. The protocol has been developed by the Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga (MDNIY), said the official document.
