Nagpur, Sept. 23 -- The Ministry of Ayush hosted the 11th Ayurveda Day celebrations in Nagpur on Wednesday with the focus on integrating this ancient Indian knowledge of medicine with contemporary healthcare needs through the theme "Ayurveda for a Healthier Tomorrow".
Speaking to reporters, Vice-Chancellor of the National Institute of Ayurveda (NIA), Jaipur, Dr. Sanjeev Sharma, said the objective of celebrating Ayurveda Day is to spread awareness among the public about Ayurveda and convey that it is a scientific tradition of Indian knowledge.
