New Delhi, Sept. 4 -- The New South Wales (NSW) Government has concluded its first trade mission to India, seeking to deepen trade and investment ties and create new opportunities for NSW businesses and jobs in one of the world's fastest-growing major economies.
NSW Premier Chris Minns and Treasurer Daniel Mookhey spent four days in New Delhi and Mumbai, holding discussions with senior government and business leaders across sectors including critical minerals, technology, tourism, education, infrastructure, advanced manufacturing and creative industries.
Notably, the two-way merchandise trade between NSW and India is already valued at almost USD 7 billion a year.
