Arti BaliNew Delhi, Sept. 23 -- Australian Climate Change and Energy Minister Chris Bowen on Wednesday described India as an "indispensable voice" in global climate and energy policy, saying Australia would work closely with New Delhi to deliver practical outcomes at the upcoming COP31 summit.
Speaking at the Chintan Research Foundation CRF) Pre-COP Dialogue in New Delhi, Bowen said he has preferred to visit India rather than attend events in New York, underscoring the importance Canberra attaches to its relationship with India and the COP31 process.
