Ashok RainaKangra, July 26 -- An alleged rise in theft and hooliganism has sparked concern among residents of Kangra town, with locals claiming that thieves, drug addicts and unruly bikers have been creating disturbances during late-night hours.
According to residents, an attempt was made late on Friday night to uproot and steal the Gaddi statue installed at the Selfie Point on College Road. The alleged thieves fled the spot after nearby residents came out of their homes on hearing suspicious noises.
