Mumbai, May 4 -- The Maharashtra Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) probing the Mira Road lone wolf attack case on Monday invoked Section 16 of the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act, 1967 (UAPA), against prime accused Zuber Ansari.

On the expiry of his remand he was today produced before a Thane court which remanded him into ATS custody till May 11.

While seeking eight days custody, prosecution argued that ATS needs further custody to find out the details pertaining to Ansari's Afghan-origin, US-based wife which is important for the investigation.
