New Delhi, Jan. 19 -- Atishi, the Leader of the Opposition in the Delhi Legislative Assembly, has formally rejected allegations of breach of privilege and contempt levelled against her.
The notice, dated January 15, stems from a complaint concerning proceedings in the House on January 6.
In a detailed written response addressed to the Secretary of the Delhi Legislative Assembly, Atishi categorically denied the accusations. "I state with utmost clarity and sincerity that I have never made any derogatory remark against Sikh Gurus, either in the House on 6th January r at any other point of time in my life.
