Mumbai, April 9 -- Veteran Dalit leader and union minister of state for social justice and empowerment Ramdas Athawale has called for various Republican parties and groups to come together and take the dreams of Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar ahead.
There are people who are Ambedkarites, Buddhists, Dalits...they all need to come together, said Athawale, who is the president of the Republican Party of India (Athawale).
Athawale was responding to a question asked by a journalist about whether he and Vanchit Bahujan Aghadi founder president Prakash Ambedkar will set aside differences and come together.
