Sarajevo, Nov. 5 -- At least 10 people were killed and about 20 others injured in a fire late Tuesday at the Tuzla Retirement Home in northeastern Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), local media reported.

The fire erupted around 8:45 p.m. (1945 GMT) on the seventh floor of the institution and was brought under control by professional and volunteer firefighters from Tuzla and nearby municipalities, the home said in a statement.
