Jalaun, Dec. 29 -- A 55-year-old assistant teacher at a junior high school in Jalaun district died by suicide on Monday, police said. The incident occurred in Gopalpura village under the Madhogarh police station area.
According to family members, the teacher, identified as Aniruddh Pal, was at home when the incident took place. He was rushed to the district hospital, but died on the way. Police reached the spot after being informed and have begun collecting evidence.
