New Delhi, June 2 -- In a move aimed at strengthening dairy cooperatives and expanding market access for farmers, particularly in the Northeast, the Assam Rifles and the National Cooperative Dairy Federation of India Ltd (NCDFI) on Tuesday signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) in the national capital to enhance the supply of milk and dairy products through the cooperative network.
The agreement was formalised in the presence of Director General of Assam Rifles Lt Gen Vikas Lakhera and NCDFI Chairman Dr Meenesh Shah, along with senior officials from both organisations.
