Tridib BaparnashNew Delhi, Sept. 23 -- Weightlifter Mirabai Chanu headlined India's medal haul on Day 4 of the Asian Games in Aichi-Nagoya on Wednesday, ending her medal drought at the continental showpiece as the country added five medals to take its tally to an overall 11, including one gold, five silver and five bronze.
The men's and women's skeet teams, along with the Indian men's badminton team, won bronze medals, while Jay Meena scripted history by becoming the first Indian to win an Asian Games medal in soft tennis. Two-time Asiad medallist Naorem Roshibina Devi also assured herself of at least a silver after reaching the final of the women's wushu 60kg category.
