Hyderabad, May 25 -- Ashok Leyland, the Indian flagship company of the Hinduja Group and one of the country's leading commercial vehicle manufacturers, on Monday announced that it has secured an order for 715 vehicles from VRL Logistics, a major logistics operator in India.
The order includes AVTR 3120 haulage trucks, BOSS 1615 trucks and Oyster staff buses, further strengthening the long-standing partnership between the two companies, the company said in a release.
The company said deliveries were progressing as scheduled, with 300 vehicles already delivered and the remaining 415 set to be supplied during the current year.
