Mumbai, April 8 -- Ahmedabad-based real estate company Arvind SmartSpaces Ltd informed the stock exchange in a regulatory filing that it has partnered with Sigma Oxford Realtors to develop a housing project in Mumbai with an expected revenue of Rs 2,400 crore.

The company stated that it has signed a "residential high-rise project" in Goregaon (West), Mumbai, with a top-line potential of Rs 2,400 crore.

The project will offer around 0.67 million square feet of saleable carpet area and marks the company's third project in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and its second high-rise development in the city.

The project is located in Siddharth Nagar, Goregaon West, a key micro-market in Mumbai's western suburbs.
