Itanagar, May 19 -- Education Minister Pasang Dorjee Sona on Tuesday emphasised the need for maximum and judicious utilisation of central funds for the development of higher education infrastructure in Arunachal Pradesh, stating that the resource-constrained State must ensure economical execution of projects without compromising on quality.
Chairing the 9th Council Meeting of the Arunachal Pradesh State Higher Education Council (APSHEC), Sona stressed the importance of creating high-standard infrastructure in higher education institutions across the State.
