Itanagar, Oct. 30 -- Arunachal Pradesh Governor Lt General (Retd) KT Parnaik today called upon Arunachal Pradesh University (APU) to align its academic programmes with the evolving needs of industries, service sectors, and public institutions to make its graduates both "work-ready and world-ready".
Addressing the first convocation of the State-owned University at its Pasighat campus here, the Governor-who is also the Chancellor of the University-conferred degrees upon the graduating students of the inaugural 2023-25 batch. A total of 71 students received postgraduate degrees in five disciplines.
