Itanagar, July 13 -- Arunachal Pradesh Governor Lt Gen (Retd) KT Parnaik on Monday stressed the need to strengthen the state's prosecution system and ensure timely justice, particularly in cases involving crimes against women and children.
The Governor made the remarks when Additional Advocate General Dugmar Kamduk called on him at Lok Bhavan here on a courtesy visit following his recent appointment.
