Itanagar, Oct. 23 -- Arunachal Pradesh Governor Lt Gen (Retd) KT Parnaik presented the 'Land of Rising Sun Plaque for Excellence' and citations to Second-in-Command Ramesh Chand of the Assam Rifles and Torum Makcha, APPS, in recognition of their dedicated service as Aides-de-Camp (ADCs) to the Governor.
The awards were presented at Lok Bhavan here on Friday in appreciation of their professional competence, commitment to duty and contribution to the smooth functioning of the Governor's establishment.
