Itanagar, May 26 -- Arunachal Pradesh Governor Lt General (Retd) KT Parnaik on Tuesday visited Jarbom Gamlin Government Law College at Jote, around 27 km from Itanagar, and emphasized the need for strengthening legal education, research and institutional discipline to contribute towards the vision of Viksit Bharat.
The Governor, accompanied by Education Commissioner Amjad Tak, Higher and Technical Education Director Milorai Modi, Papum Pare Deputy Commissioner Lobsang Tsering and Principal of the college Dr Gijo George, visited various sections of the campus and reviewed the institution's infrastructure and academic activities.
