Itanagar, May 2 -- Reaffirming the State Government's commitment to last-mile connectivity and inclusive development, Arunachal Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein on Saturday inaugurated a series of strategically important road and bridge projects constructed under the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY-III) in Wakro circle of Lohit district.
Accompanied by Women and Child Development Minister Dasanglu Pul, Tezu MLA and Advisor Dr Mohesh Chai, the Deputy Chief Minister inaugurated the 193.05-metre-long Kamphai Bridge on the Kahre-Tillai road.
The bridge, now the longest constructed under PMGSY in Arunachal Pradesh, has been built using advanced Cement Treated Base (CTB) technology.
